West Seattle Community Resource Center
The West Seattle Community Resource Center - including the West Seattle Food Bank, non-profit office space, and One Community Commons housing upstairs
The West Seattle Community Resource Center is the most recent project completed by DNDA. It was a joint project with the West Seattle Food Bank. Once completed the Food Bank owns the lower two floors which house the food bank including their administrative offices. The second floor has office space for community nonprofit agencies. The top three floors are rental residental units for low-income families. There is also a center courtyard that is utilized by the families that live there as an outdoor play area.
