The Housing Project
One Community Commoms (OCC)
OCC is the most recently completed residential project of DNDA. The building was developed in partnership with the West Seattle Food Bank. The food bank occupies the bottom two floors of the building, while the OCC residential homes are on the upper floors. There is also an enclosed, private courtyard/play area for all of the children living there. This is a very family oriented community that
features one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes. Amenities at OCC include:

* on-site laundry facilities,
* conveniently located on the #128 Metro bus route.
